1)Claims for shortages, defects or other errors in delivery of products must be made in writing to Gold Printing (Seller) within 7 days after receipt of shipment and failure to give such notice shall constitute unqualified acceptance and a waiver of all such claim by Buyer. Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit should be made to the carrier and not to Seller. 

2)Seller not be liable for any damage as a result of any delay or failure to deliver due to any cause beyond Seller's reasonable control, including, without limitation, any force majeure, act of Buyer, embargo or other government act, regulation or request, fire, accident, strike, slowdown, war, riot, delay in transportation, or inability to obtain necessary labor, materials or production facilities. Seller’s liability for other delays or failure of performance shall be limited to the portion of the contract price attributable to the quantity delayed or not shipped.

3)Intellectual Property: disclaims any warranty that the product does not violate any patent, trademark or other intellectual property owned by a third party. Further, in the event Buyer provided the specifications for the Product, then Buyer shall indemnify and hold Seller, its officers, directors and affiliates, harmless from any losses or damages, including attorney fees, arising out of a claim that the Product infringes on the patent, trademark or other intellectual property rights of a third party.
