Can printing industry survive from the e-book revolution
Ultimately, tho' eBooks will have appeal to certain readers, students and casual readers among them, I think they will still be for those specialized situations. Print books will continue to have their audience becausecthere is something, if not outright magical, then art-y, that eBooks can never approach. For one thing, the technology is somewhat limiting--typography on eBooks mostly leaves some to be desired. Equally important, I think, is the fact that the ability for eBook readers to change their reading experience (typefaces and type size, for instance) prevents any possibility of a book being a fixed piece of art. These things still matter to many readers.
