What information should we send first?
Send the product dimensions and weight, preferred box style, quantity tiers, destination, artwork status and any physical or visual reference. If an insert is required, include the product drawing or sample dimensions.
Can you recommend a structure rather than copy an existing box?
Yes. We review the opening experience, presentation, shipping route, packing process and cost target before recommending a practical structure.
How is lead time confirmed?
Lead time is confirmed only after the specification, artwork, sample route, quantity, finishing and packing method are approved. Complex handmade structures and special materials require additional planning.
Can rigid boxes be supplied flat?
Some collapsible rigid boxes can ship flat; conventional setup boxes cannot. The structural choice must balance presentation, assembly time, freight volume and required durability.
How do you protect delicate surfaces during shipment?
We review scuff sensitivity and use appropriate interleaving, tissue, bags, inner cartons, master cartons and palletisation where required.
Can labels be included with the packaging?
Yes, supporting labels, stickers and security marks can be coordinated as a packaging component. They are not treated as a separate Gold Printing business portal.
